FITBody Pilates London

Our London studio offers a true Tower Reformer Pilates experience in a supportive small-group setting.

The studio is equipped with 10 Tower Reformers, allowing clients to experience the additional springs, bars and movement possibilities that distinguish Tower Reformer Pilates from a standard reformer class. We also have one Pilates Cadillac for advanced exercises and specialized work with experienced clients.

Classes are available for a variety of experience levels, beginning with our required Intro to Tower Reformer class and progressing into more challenging strength, stability, mobility and advanced Pilates programming.

FITBody Pilates Berea

Our Berea studio brings true Tower Reformer Pilates to the Berea community in an intimate, small-group environment.

The studio features seven Tower Reformers, giving clients access to the expanded spring resistance, bars and exercise options that are not available on a traditional reformer alone. Berea also has one Pilates Cadillac for advanced exercises and specialized Pilates work.

New clients begin with our Intro to Tower Reformer class, where they learn how to safely use the equipment, change springs and perform the foundational movements used throughout our class program.

FITBody Pilates Berea memberships also include 24/7 access to Berea Fitness and coached strength training in our dedicated strength and conditioning gym located on the same campus.
